New Fellows President Elected and New Fellows Announced

Leonard Porter, Fellows Representative to the Board (2002–2005), presided over his final meeting in September. He officially passed his responsibility to Aimee Buccellato, designer at G.P. Schafer Architect, PLLC, who was unanimously elected to serve as the Fellows President and who will represent her colleagues to the board from 2005 until 2008. We applaud Leonard’s long leadership and thank him for all his efforts and enthusiasm. Also in September three new Fellows were elected. Gregory Shue, designer at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, was recognized for his hours of volunteer work on the Historic Plaster Cast Collection; Anne Walker, architecture historian and author, also for her scholarship and longtime assistance with the Cast Collection; and Brian Connolly, principal architect at Zivkovic Associates Architects, for his efforts on behalf of the Publication Committee; he now serves as Chairman of that committee (replacing Steve Semes who is now on faculty at the School of Architecture at Notre Dame) and is the creator and monitor of our On-Line Bookshop. Our thanks and congratulations to you all!
