Yesterday, met Ralph Muldrow at Hampton Park in Charleston to sketch. Ralph is a local architect, professor at College of Charleston, and historian. So many architects lament not spending enough time sketching and maintaining their freehand drawing skills in these days of CAD and Photoshop domination. Many architects have simply given up on keeping their freehand skills sharp, citing that they aren’t as necessary as they used to be. Nevertheless, amidst great conversation, a couple of sketches were produced:
