Holden Beach Addition/Renovation

This project is a major interior and exterior renovation of an existing residence on the east end of Holden Beach. Along with the addition of an elevator, additions include a new pantry area on the main level and a new living room on the top floor, as well as the enclosure of some ground level space.

Renovations include a new kitchen, new master suite, new upper stair hall, refinished interior stairs with new railings, as well as the addition of shiplap to some of the interior walls.

The new upper living room is designed with large windows, a vaulted ceiling with beams, and a fireplace. The largest windows capture the views of the ocean to the south and the inlet to the east.
