As absentee owners of a Holden Beach ocean-front rental property, we have often called upon Greg Shue‘s design expertise over the past years to accommodate our personal evolving needs (husband/wheelchair) while maintaining the house’s integrity as a rental property. He has been spot-on in interpreting our “vision” for the house. He redesigned our outside decking, adding easy wheelchair access to the beach and house. He also converted a downstairs bath to be ADA compliant. Most recently, we engaged Greg to do a general redesign and update of the kitchen and great room areas. Greg’s contributions have added value to the house while expanding its potential rental customer base. We would highly recommend him.
