A Holden Beach Pier House Counter-Proposal

Shue Design Associates is thrilled to unveil our latest conceptual renderings for an alternative proposal for the Holden Beach Pier House. This privately-funded concept boasts 3,813 square feet of meticulously designed space, blending accessibility and functionality seamlessly while using the footprint of the existing building. Within this expanse, patrons will find thoughtfully crafted public restrooms and versatile commercial areas. Surrounding the structure on three sides are expansive open decks, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the coastal ambiance. At the heart of the design stands a striking central tower element, contributing to the local landmark status of the building.
