Rebuilding from Ashes: A New Duplex Rises from the Flames

A new duplex is to be built at 227 Ocean Blvd W in Holden Beach. It will replace the original duplex on the site, which was destroyed by fire a few years ago. This project reflects an almost exact replica of the previous building, with a few modifications. Each side of the duplex is customized to each respective owner's wishes. Heated area is 3,298 square feet. One unit has three beds and three baths; the other unit includes two beds and two and a half baths.
